Shipping policy

We at Thousand Miles know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

  • Once you place an order, we start processing orders for making  immediately and we are unable to make changes to, cancel, or alter your order. Due to the current Covid situation there might be a slight delay in delivering your products.

  • Once your product is made, we will ship the order. Shipping usually takes 2-7 business days depending on your address.
  • We ship orders PAN India via couriers like Shiprocket , Xpressbees , Delhivery, Shadowfax, E-comm express, DTDC, India Post & Bluedart. All orders are shipped on surface transport basis.
  • For International orders, we use few of the above shipping agencies. Kindly reach out to us on whatsapp or email us before placing an international order to avoid any post order hassle. 
  • Thousand Miles is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

     

  • Customers are responsible for packages as soon as they enter the logistics partners system. If there is an issue with your package once it is in Logistics hands, you must get in touch with respective courier partner.

     

  • Once we hand over to logistics partners it is out of our control and we cannot help you! If your tracking email says your package has been delivered and you can't find it OR your package is delayed, please call your local courier partner which ever is carrying your order and they can help you track it down most of the time.
